Old Worlde to New Zealand. One of the biggest challenges when creating a site for the méthode traditionelle house was communicating the richness, history, and craftsmanship of the process, while still remaining modern and relevant. To reach these goals, I collaborated with designers and copy writers at Publicis Digital to produce two major interactives for the site.

Vine to Wine tells the story of a process which remains surprisingly similar throughout the years. I abstracted a grape vine, twirling it up through the page with hotspots for each stage of the journey. Rich golds and subtle unfurlings bring life to the piece.

The Deutz story narrates a journey from French roots through wars, riots, and success to New Zealand soil. I used the same behaviours and sinuous motion for this piece, loading historic photographs and copy externally for a quick loading, responsive interactive.
